AM I A CANDIDATE?
Unfortunately, not everyone is a candidate for cosmetic tattooing and there are many factors that affect healing/healed/long-term results. The following list disqualifies you from currently receiving any cosmetic tattoo procedure at this time:
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
2- 6 WEEKS PRIOR
24 HOURS PRIOR
GENERAL POLICIES
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICIES
THERE IS A 15 MINUTE LATE POLICY AND A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY ON ALL APPOINTMENTS
If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to put a new one down to reserve a new appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled, and deposit forfeited.
6-12 week touch-ups don't require a deposit to book since it is your follow up session, so if you reschedule a 6-12 week touch-up appointment within 72 hours, there may be a new $150 deposit required to rebook. Availability is very limited so if your rescheduled touch-up appointment falls outside of the 6-12 week touch-up time frame, there will also be a touch-up charge on top of the deposit. I encourage everyone to do their absolute best to keep their scheduled appointment to avoid this. If you no call no show your appointment, you will be charged a $150 no show fee.

Fading will happen to each procedure and we do not have control over your body's healing process or skin's ability to hold pigment. You may still need to pencil in your brows after you're healed, depending on your desired look. You must do your part on all things listed above to ensure the most optimal results. To preserve the skin, annual touch ups should be avoided any sooner than 1 year from your last procedure, and it is best to let your cosmetic tattoo fade at least 75% before getting an annual touch up. It is important to maintain the integrity of your skin as best as possible.
All procedures are considered permanent as there is NO GUARANTEES to how your skin will hold the pigment and how well you will heal. Your skin chemistry and lifestyle play a HUGE role in your results that is outside of the artist, and everybody heals and holds different.
PAYMENT
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book and will come off the price at your appointment.
Balance is due at the end of the initial session.
Cash, credit/debit cards (+8% processing fee), and Zelle are acceptable forms of payment.
No refunds
APPOINTMENTS
I typically only book up to 6 weeks in advance, making it easier for both parties to keep their appointments and avoid reschedules.

Unfortunately, not everyone is a candidate for cosmetic tattooing and there are many factors that affect healing/healed/long-term results. The following list disqualifies you from currently receiving any cosmetic tattoo procedure at this time:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Under the age of 18
- Currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation, or have within the last year
- Currently/have taken antibiotics in the past month or have any active infection
- Had surgery within the last 4 weeks, or have a surgery coming up in the next 4 weeks
- Currently taking blood thinning medication or painkillers
- Currently taking Accutane, or have within the last year
- Suntanned or sunburnt face
- Botox/fillers within the last two weeks
- Any open sores, cuts, or lacerations on the area being tattooed
- Any previous tattoo work (microblading included) -regardless how faded- needs to be approved prior to booking an appointment.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
2- 6 WEEKS PRIOR
- Botox/Fillers: If you regularly get botox/fillers, it must be done at least 2 weeks prior or 2 weeks after your appointment, but closer to 6 weeks is recommended.
- Waxing/Threading/Tint/Lash Lifts: I recommend coming to your appointment with messy, grown-out brows so we have optimal hairs to work with! If you need to clean them up prior to appointment, please do so at least 3 days prior. If you tint, please be sure to do at least a week prior.
- Avoid having chemical peels, laser treatments, or micro-needling procedures at least 4 weeks prior.
- If you regularly use chemical exfoliating skin care (such as Retin-A, Retinols, AHA's, BHA's, etc.), avoid putting near the area to be tattooed starting 4 weeks prior. This plays a tremendous part in your healed results.
- If you have a history of cold sores or have ever had one in your life, it is very important to pre-medicate with an anti-viral medication to prevent a cold sore outbreak during healing. You can get this prescription from your doctor and they will advise you when to take it. *I recommend this for all clients getting lip tint*
- No lip filler 2 weeks prior or 6 weeks following your procedure.
- *Start to exfoliate your lips daily at least 7 days before your appointment to remove any dead skin, and moisturize regularly.
- DARK LIP NEUTRALIZATION: If you have naturally hyper-pigmented lips (typically medium-dark skin tones, and those of Asian/Middle Eastern ethnicities), 2-4 sessions may be needed to achieve desired results. Please take this into consideration when booking. A clear photo is required and must be approved before booking.
- If you wear contacts, please bring your glasses with you the day of procedure. Contacts can't be worn the day of procedure, and 3 days following.
- Stop any use of lash growth serums at least 6 weeks prior to your appointment. The longer, the better. This greatly affects retention.
- I cannot tattoo you if you have eyelash extensions. Please get any lash extensions removed at least 7 days prior to your session. If you wish to have lash extensions please do so 6 weeks after your touch-up session when fully healed. Showing up with lash extensions will result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeit.
- If you wear glue-on lash extensions, you will want to stop wearing them at least 4 weeks prior to give your skin time to heal from the glue.
24 HOURS PRIOR
- To minimize bleeding and unnecessary pain during the procedure, please avoid alcohol and excess caffeine. Ibuprofen and Advil should be avoided unless prescribed by a doctor.
GENERAL POLICIES
- Please avoid bringing anybody with you to your appointment. Guests are not allowed in the procedure area and minors/toddlers/infants/pets are not allowed in the shop.
- **Please be respectful and refrain from the use of your phone during our session.**
- Please come in wearing no facial makeup, if possible. Your face will get messy from the procedure.
- Getting the procedure done while on your menstrual cycle will make you hyper-sensitive to pain and may cause excess bleeding. Plan accordingly, if possible.
- *If you have previous permanent makeup or microblading, you must be approved before booking an appointment. Not all work can be covered! If you show up with previous undisclosed work, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
- Avoiding heavy exercise/sweating for the first 5 days of healing is significant in getting good healed results. Please keep this in mind before booking.
- Lifestyle (excessive alcohol or drug use, smoking, sun exposure, swimming, exercise, skin care regimen with acids/retinols/AHA's/chemical peels/etc.) all have an affect on healed results and how well/long you hold pigment.
- Please do not move forward with this procedure if you are not willing to get the required touch ups or follow the pre-care/aftercare.
This is a build up process and is done in two sessions, in some cases more. The goal is soft, natural results which takes time and patience.
